Fluorotron(TM) Master Model FM-2 with IBM PS/2 Model 30 Computers

The Model FM-2 stores the entire four-digit year, so the Fluorotron software is Year 2000 compliant.

However, IBM reports that the PS/2 Model 30 may not handle the transition from 1999 to 2000 correctly.  Therefore, you may need reset the system clock manually after December 31, 1999.  In order to make a lasting change to the system clock (that will be stored when the system is swtiched off), you will need to use the Starter Diskette that came with the system.

If you have lost your Starter Diskette, a copy may be downloaded from IBM.
